Management Team
David Ross, Partner, Design and Development
David manages our development vision, from planning and entitlements through construction management. David has a MS in Sustainable Design from Jefferson University and is a member of the Urban Land Institute and BIA of Philadelphia. David has a passion for sustainable, high-efficient buildings and is a Certified Passive Home Builder. David was introduced to real estate and entrepreneurship at a young age through a family-owned construction company in rural Pennsylvania. Previously, David worked in software and app development as Lead User-Experience Designer for a global professional services firm where he gained skills in agile and metrics driven business processes.
Jeremy Terr, Owner, Operations and Finance
Jeremy has experience in real estate deal structure and financing. He brings business management expertise to the team and is certified as a Project Management Professional and Leading Professional in Ethics and Compliance and holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird. Jeremy previously held various roles in business consulting in the US, Middle East, North Africa and Europe while working for Deloitte, Booz Allen Hamilton, and others in addition to his time as a US Peace Corps Volunteer in Kazakhstan. Most recently, Jeremy held the role of Director of Global Risk Management in a top tier global pharma company and continues his risk management role pro bono for a Donor Advised Fund group.
Neal Henner, Director of Construction Management
Neal was born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia and studied Civil Engineering at Drexel University. He has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and has been involved in a wide variety of projects from bridges, highways, marine structures, and all types of buildings from single family renovations to mid-rise condominiums to luxury high-rise buildings. He is a licensed PA Realtor and is a partner in the Love Your Stoop Team with KW Philadelphia. Neal lives in Fairmount with his wife and 3 kids and enjoys doing triathlons and taking his kids to all of their sporting events.
Jamar Haywood, Strategic Partnerships Advisor
Jamar Haywood is a Senior Managing Director at a global risk advisory group based in New York. Jamar has over 15 years of professional expertise in re-engineering and rebranding high profile organizations, optimizing workflows and advising on vision and strategy for multinational companies. Jamar is a recognized expert for his work at the intersection of banking, legal technologies, and community service including his latest venture helping launch the Brooklyn Cyber Center for the recruitment, training, and retention of diverse talent from underrepresented backgrounds.
Melissa Slayton - Director of Business Operations
Melissa has her Bachelors in Technical Management from DeVry University. She carries history in the fast-paced automotive distribution industry and 8 years of banking experience. Her time in banking brought her to the world of real estate development. She first started partnering with Argo Property Group in 2018 as a business lender and account manager at a partnering credit union, her passion for Argo’s projects spurred her transition to the other side of the lens in 2022.
Klevis Cimo - Assistant Project Manager
With a background in civil engineering and a forthcoming qualification in construction management, Klevis has a deep understanding of the technical aspects of construction projects. He understands the importance of meticulous planning and organization to ensure projects are completed within deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality. With his keen attention to detail and proactive approach, Klevis tackles challenges head-on, ensuring smooth operations and optimal resource allocation. Beyond his professional pursuits, Klevis's interests are music and soccer, further enhancing his ability to connect with individuals from various backgrounds. This passion for teamwork and collaboration is reflected in his management style, as he excels in fostering strong relationships and open lines of communication with stakeholders at all levels.
