We are pleased to announce that The Bordeaux, the 16-unit mixed-use building at 2600-2604 W Girard Ave has officially broken ground. Demolition is underway over the coming weeks, and we will be moving quickly into foundation work.

Building Permits Approved for "The Vale", a forward-thinking 36-unit mixed-use building in the heart of East Falls.

Argo Property Group has secured building permits for a 36-unit apartment building with 3 commercial spaces at the ground floor located at 3515 Midvale Ave, Philadelphia, PA. The team at BrightCommon Design and Architecture has created a unique and complimentary building to the neighborhood. Unit features include a large working lounge with mezzanine, exterior garden terrace, as well as an expansive roof deck with private roof areas for tenants.
