Argo Property Group, represented by Nochumson P.C., presented the 3929-35 Ridge Avenue project, nicknamed “West End Lofts” to the Zoning Board of Adjustments on Wednesday, Dec 2nd and received unanimous support. Additionally, Argo has worked with the RAH Civic Association to shift and change the project from initial concept of a 5-story, 16 unit building into this current form.
This project is a 3-story build with 8 residential units and two commercial spaces on the ground floor. This development has been in the works for nearly a year, with a partnership with the current property owner/operator, Nbeauty, who will retain a stake in the development and own the commercial space on the ground floor to expand her business.
Argo looks forward to developing this intersection of Allegheny and Ridge Ave in the Paradise neighborhood in Philadelphia, where Argo is working on other developments within a 3-block radius including Paradise Peak, Clearfield Court, and more.
