Contractor / Subcontractor Agreement

12. Communications & Notifications

12.1   Contractor agrees to provide a valid mobile telephone number for the purpose of receiving project-related communications from Argo Property Group LLC and/or Strata Builders LLC ("Company").

12.2   SMS/Text Message Consent. By providing a mobile phone number and signing this Agreement, Contractor expressly consents to receive operational text messages from Company at the number provided. Messages may include, but are not limited to: work order assignments, project scheduling updates, inspection notifications, punchlist items, and permit reminders. Message frequency varies based on active project needs, up to approximately 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of this Agreement or any contract with Company. Contractor may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting Company at office@strata-builds.com. Reply HELP for assistance.

12.3   Contractor acknowledges that Company may also communicate project updates via email at the address provided in Section 3 of this Agreement.

8.1   Text Message Authorization. By providing a mobile phone number and signing this Application, Applicant consents to receive text messages from Landlord related to: lease and move-in updates, property maintenance notifications, building notices, rent and payment reminders, and emergency communications. Message frequency varies based on property needs, typically 1–5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. This consent is not a condition of tenancy.
