SMS Opt-In Disclosure

Program Overview

Argo Property Group LLC and Strata Builders LLC operate an SMS notification program for transactional and operational communications to contractors, vendors, and tenants involved in real estate development, construction management, and property management in Philadelphia, PA.

Messages include:

  • Work order assignments

  • Project scheduling updates

  • Inspection notifications

  • Punchlist items

  • Permit reminders

  • Property maintenance notices

This program is not used for marketing.

How You Opt In

You may consent to receive SMS messages through any of the following methods:

1. Contractors and Vendors

You consent when you provide your mobile phone number as part of a signed subcontractor agreement or vendor registration form with Argo Property Group LLC or Strata Builders LLC. Each agreement contains an SMS consent clause stating:

"By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive operational SMS notifications from Argo Property Group and Strata Builders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time."

2. Tenants

You consent when you provide your mobile phone number on a lease application or rental agreement with Argo Property Group LLC. The lease contains the same SMS consent disclosure.

3. Text-In

You may also opt in by texting START or YES to (267) 703-6487.

Consent is not required as a condition of any purchase, contract, or lease agreement. All recipients have an existing business relationship with our company.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on operational needs. You may receive up to 10 messages per month.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
