The Zero Six Breaks Ground as Philadelphia's First PHIUS+ Source Zero Townhomes

We’ve recently broke ground on The Zero Six, a 6-townhome development at 3401-3411 W Lippincott St Philadelphia PA 19132. These townhomes were designed by the architecture team at Bright Common and have been designed to PHIUS+ Source Zero certification. In a world that is now grappling with the realities of climate change, it’s imperative that our buildings are designed and developed to use significantly less energy.

What does Source Zero mean? These homes are extremely high performing, airtight and heavily insulated, and the solar array on the roof will generate more energy than the home will consume under normal use. Here’s more information about PHIUS+ Source Zero.

All homes have over 2,000 Sq.Ft. of finished living space, will have 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a large roof deck that is shaded by a solar canopy, and private garage parking. These homes present unprecedented value for a home of the future. For more information, visit our Zero Six project page or visit ParadisePhiilly.com
